I’ll be speaking at the N-able Partner Summit about the importance of good balance between an efficient sales process and good operational processes.  We’ll also be talking about a number of important KPI’s that every MSP should have implemented in their business.  I’m looking forward to the TruMethods presentations as well.  It should be a great Partner Summit in sunny Phoenix!
