Brian has worked in the Managed IT space both locally and nationally for 13 years, most recently as President and COO of a 50 employee Managed Service Provider. Brian focuses on implementing industry best practices, reviewing financial performance indicators, and operational process analysis to build a strong and forward-thinking strategic position for our clients. Brian holds a master’s degree from Creighton University School of Law.

Kim is an Operations Consultant for MSP Advisor, passionate about helping Managed Service Providers streamline their business processes, organize their systems and reach their maximum operational potential.  After graduating from Florida State University, Kim started her career at ConnectWise, working on the Partner Support team. Within a few months, she was able to move up the ranks to Business Consultant, where she spent the next 10 years implementing and supporting PSA for hundreds of MSPs a year. In any given day, she was seeing countless different business operational processes, software use-cases, and training styles across the projects she was managing, growing her into the PSA expert she is today.  Looking for a new challenge, Kim joined Wise-Sync in 2022 as a Consulting Team Lead. In her time leading implementations and managing the consulting team, she became a SME in Wise-Sync/Wise-Pay and their integrations with QuickBooks Online and Xero.

With over 18 years in the MSP industry, Vince has led MSPs of 100+ staff across several continents. An expert focused on technological innovation and strategic IT transformations, his expertise lies in devising and implementing IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction within MSP environments.  Vince’s broad experience spans healthcare, finance, retail, and technology sectors, where he’s developed system integrations, managed security services, data center solutions, cloud computing strategies, and compliance services. Vince also holds a MicroMasters in Cybersecurity, Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism.  Vince enjoys building and mentoring high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless collaboration across all organizational levels, enabling MSPs to thrive in a dynamic technological landscape.  Based in London, Vince leads the MSP Advisor UK/EU practice.

Tara brings over a decade of hands-on ConnectWise experience to MSP Advisor, helping MSPs turn their PSA tools into growth engines. After nearly 13 years at ConnectWise—serving as a Partner Support Specialist, Sales Engineer, Business Consultant, and most recently, Senior Software Consulting Specialist—Tara knows the ins and outs of ConnectWise Manage better than most. She’s guided hundreds of partners through implementations, process redesigns, and operational challenges, always with a focus on clarity, accountability, and real business outcomes. Tara combines deep product knowledge with a background in public administration, giving her a unique ability to align systems with strategic goals. Whether you’re looking to clean up your ticketing, streamline billing, or prepare for scale, Tara has the experience to help you get it done—without the overwhelm.

With a passion for driving innovation and leveraging the latest automation tools, Adrian is dedicated to helping companies achieve their automation goals and stay ahead in today’s competitive landscape.

Part-time Executive Assistant to Dave Wilkeson and the MSP Advisor Team. Jackie has been in the MSP world since 2001. In the past 22 years she has run the gamut from scheduling break fix technicians to project coordination and her last role was as a client satisfaction manager. Jackie lives in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with her husband of 36 years. Her 3 grown children live within 30 minutes of her and her husband and they anxiously awaiting the arrival of their 8th grandchild.
